    This Carbon Spring Steel Peterson Reach has an Electroless Nickel Plating applied before it is molded into its strong fiber filled nylon handle. These 10-95 steel picks are robust, and this light weight plastic handle provides for an agile and responsive picking experience. You will find that the picking feedback is easily felt throughout the handle. While we always recommend our Government Steel Plastic picks (GSP) as an even stronger product, customers will find that these ENP (Electroless Nickel Plastic) based picks allow them to purchase an excellent quality pick on a budget.

      This is the 1st time I've tried Peterson's. I bought this nickel plated reach tool specifically to modify for the pointed & chisel pins in ASSA Max+ and Medeco bi-level & biaxel locks while I'm learning to pick them. I tried it out on some other locks 1st. I will be ordering another one with the "Govt steel" to add to my reach tool collection. The radius on it is pretty slick... My modified tool has worked well with the pointed pins, and does a good job or grabbing the chisel pins to push/pull for rotation. Having been a toolmaker before my health failed, I worked with a lot of insert molds from mold design/develop/build/repair and the entire mfg process from the stamping to molding. So.. of course I'm a know it all. I find Petersons to be of top quality and had I never seen a lockpick before, I might have designed everything almost the same way... I can't even nit-pick... Darn it. Looking forward to my next purchase

      I really like this pick. When I tried it years ago I fell in love with then and still love it today. When I like something I start collecting various types of this style of pick.

      Impressive Reach to this tool

      Started to dig into the 6 pin locks and this has a great feel for the back of the key way. Feedback is very good. Peterson makes a great product.
