Returns Policy

Return Policy For ThinkPeterson.com

1. Unless you notify Peterson to the contrary by email within seven (7) days of delivery of any orders the order shall be deemed to have been accepted by you.
2. Concerns regarding orders placed with Peterson’s distributors must be addressed through those distributors.
3. Peterson does not accept the return of any Products on a “change of mind” basis.
4. Peterson will accept the return of Products if the Products are faulty or do not match the description or images on the Site.
5. Where a Product is returned in accordance with the above, Peterson will offer a replacement, credit or refund at Peterson’s discretion.
6. A RMA (Return Material Authorization) must be obtained from us and printed clearly on the package label.
7. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the Product to Peterson.
8. Peterson will only accept returns in an un-used condition in their original packaging.
9. In the case of a product exchange, we will ship out your replacement product within 5 business days of the receipt of your returned product.
10. By placing an order with Peterson, you agree to be bound by these policies.
