Our Long Ripple is known to some as a City Rake, because the outline resembles a city skyline. Our Mini Ripples are a Euro profile of the Long Ripple AKA City Rake. All are offered in our robust Government Steel with plastic handles. We combined all four in a plastic tube, for convenience, and to save you some money.

Top of the city.
These are so unique , many people give the city rake a bad review. It's simple uncomplicated etc. But when you need to get an actual lock open , accidentally lost the keys to my fence lock. These worked amazing. And the handles....are the best. When sitting around watching a movie , using them on my padlock and other lock collection . These are comfortable for a long time. Good grip and size. Different profiles for different key biting. Really these are the best feeling most useful for quick opens on some locks.

"I had success right off the bat but then the best and longest rake snapped on me" (which Ken says is due to high force being applied). Ken furthur says "because this tip is thinner after the ripple feature, (which creates a weaker point) it is not a tool for fast in and out & high downward force like a double rake, but instead it should be used gently as you move in and out using an up and down motion (as if you were stomping on grapes to make wine). That should set 4 out of 6 or so, then you will need to pick the remaining pins. The reason you may need to pick some after using this tool is because a lock with a high bitting varience has a higher varience than the rake will address."
