Shipping & Returns

• Products purchased from this website maybe returned based on the following conditions:

   

• Except for warranty exchange returns you have 10 days from our shipping date to determine that you wish to return a product.

• A RMA (Return Material Authorization) must be obtained from us and printed clearly on the package label.

• Returned products must be in "as new" condition in their original packaging.

We will credit your card or mail you a refund check within 10 business days of receiving your returned items.

In the case of a product exchange, we will ship out your replacement product within 5 business days of the receipt of your returned product.
