Great set! Purple handle pick- not as strong as black
Really like the set, was not expecting the strength of the steel. The purple handle pick was a thinner steel that broke when I used the same pressure as I had on the black handled picks. Ken's note: Robert - The black handle steel is 0.025 thick - the Purple is only 0.018 thick. I may be that you were pushing the pressure a bit. Try a little less tension instead! ALSO THERE IS A 50% WARRANTY ON GOV STEEL PICKS. TAPE THE BROKEN TIP TO A CARD AND MAIL IT IN AN ENVELOPE TO THE PO BOX LISTED ON OUR HOME PAGE AND WE WILL PUT A CREDIT ON YOUR ACCOUNT!
