DOES work with the earlier versions with the Blue Master Lock molded band and those that said "tougher than a bullet" are the ones we beat.(and earlier).
Does not work on the later versions (commercial) with the black molded band.

Silver Bullet
To save a few bucks, I had just bought the Silver Bullet tool without the instructional video. At first, it was difficult to figure out how it worked. I watched a few Youtube videos and now it's one of my favorite bypasses. Once you understand how this tool works, you'll be opening locks just for fun. Great little tool.
